 Premier Vehicle Control System
Our Premier Vehicle Control System has been designed and manufactured specifically for our Mining Industry clients to provide an Electronic Control System that simplifies vehicle installation, vehicle downtime and re-sale value. The Premier System consists of a Electronic Control Box with built in Overspeed detection, Low Coolant monitoring, Beacon control, Worklight control, Spotlight control and applicable fuses. The system also comprises a Single DIN Dash Control Panel with Beacon, Worklight and Spotlight Push button controls with centre illumination to alert the operator an accessory is active, combined with
a Low Coolant Led, Overspeed Detected Led, Overspeed Shutdown Led and an Audible alarm.

 Engine Protection Systems
We can provide various Engine Protection Systems to suit the clients application; such as Light vehicles, Trucks, Buses, Gen sets and Lighting towers etc. All our systems are installed separately to the OEM sensors to ensure a ‘Fail-safe’ condition exists at all times.

 FLIR Imaging Systems
Allmine W.A is proud to become the W.A. distributor for the tried and tested Vissacon FLIR imaging systems. In the past, FLIR has been limited to military applications but as technology has progressed the Vissacon FLIR camera’s have become smaller and more economically viable for use within a wide range of applications, such as: Cars, Trucks, Buses, Dump Trucks, Emergency Vehicles and Boats etc.
With the crisp, clear image Vissacon FLIR provides, the operator’s ability to see at night is increased by at least twice the distance of standard driving lights and road sides are also completely visible with the use of FLIR compared with the use of standard driving lights enabling early detection of on-coming hazards. |
Speed Limiting Systems
Stand Alone Speed Limiters are available for various applications and can be set up to the clients requirements with audible alarms, visual alarms, engine shutdown or a combination of each and have supervisor controlled key locks or 4WD engaged activation. |
 Hella Lighting Products
Allmine W.A. supplies and recommends the full range of Hella Lighting Products and uses the New Hella Mining range on our own fleet of Light Vehicles and stands by the Hella range to provide better value and increased productivity through greater safety, lower operating costs and long service life. All Hella Mining products are covered by a 12 month warranty.

 Beacons
The full range of Emergency Beacons can be supplied from the basic KL700 series to the incredibly hardy Duraray LED Beacons. The new range of LED Beacons consists of the Duraray, Ultraray and the Optiray models with each having different functions and applications to suit customer requirements. |
 Work Lamps
We use and recommend Hella Work Lamps from the proven track record the lamps provide after fitment to Heavy Duty Mining equipment. From the basic 1533 Halogen FF series to the Heavy Duty AS500FF Xenon work lamp, a lamp to suit the required application can be found. |
 Reverse Camera Systems
Reverse Camera Systems
We can fit Reverse Camera Systems to a wide range of equipment such as Light Vehicles, Water Carts and Road Trains etc. Multi Camera and Monitor configurations are available to suit various applications such as Road Trains. |
Toyota D4D Engine De-Rating
We have recently commenced installing the latest in Diesel Engine Tuning Modules from Steinbauer Tuning Technologies to enable the De-Rating of the New 70 Series V8 Diesel Engines. Due to an increasing demand within the Mining Industry to reduce the Torque and Power output for safety reasons, we now offer our clients the ability to reduce the Torque and Power output by 20%, lowering the Torque value from 151kW to 122kW. |
